Initial Evaluation

Schedule a free 15-minute initial phone consultation to discuss your

child and learn more about our services.

Getting Started

We provide comprehensive evaluations using a variety of standardized and non-standardized assessments and provide individualized occupational services in order to identify the underlying deficits that contribute to decreased independence and participation in daily life skills.

Depending on the age and needs of your child, an initial assessment will be completed. An assessment report will be written to document clinical observations that have been made, any standardized evaluation results, a treatment plan, and recommended treatment goals. Following the initial assessment, the first meeting will be scheduled to discuss questions about the results, create a plan for treatment and discuss specific treatment programs/ protocols that will be used in your child’s sessions.
